One of the topics <a href=\"http:\/\/www.stage-rush.com\/\">Stage Rush&#8217;s Jesse North <\/a>and I discussed after the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.theatreaficionado.com\/2010\/10\/the-scottsboro-boy-first-preview-some-random-thoughts.html\">first preview<\/a> of <em><a href=\"http:\/\/scottsboromusical.com\/\">The Scottsboro Boys<\/a> <\/em>(but not <a href=\"http:\/\/www.stage-rush.com\/2010\/10\/stage-rush-tv-episode-34\/\">on-air<\/a>) was the show&#8217;s marketability. With a tough storyline, hard-hitting concept and all around edginess, this isn&#8217;t your ordinary, everyday family\/theme park musical. The show&#8217;s team has done exemplary work on this 30 second spot. Needless to say, one look at this commercial and I want to see it again.
